This became worse when he merged his DP to NRM and stated it as a working agreement. Consequently, he was appointed as a minister in the Museveni regime proving his critics accusations.
Now recently, a handwritten letter has been circulating on social media. This was allegedly written by Gen Caleb Akandwanaho aka Salim Saleh to the lord mayor Erias Lukwago.
In this letter, the said Saleh told Lukwago that he was withdrawing the financial support he had been giving him.
This is after, ‘Saleh’ accused Lukwago of attacking him and his family. The OWC chief coordinator told Lukwago to apologize if he wants the benefits reinstated.
A number of opinions have been coming through about this letter, especially its authenticity.
For Mao, he didn’t care about this as he posted a video of Mugisha Muntu saying that people will one day be shocked when they learn who the real moles are in opposition.
This video also went ahead to allege that it wouldn’t be a surprise if NUP too is a Sale creation to divert Ugandans. Mao then captioned the video with a ‘He laughs best who laughs last!.’
The DP president probably felt that it was time to pay back after the several accusations they branded him with.
Meanwhile, the FDC in a tweet said that this is propaganda to hoodwink Ugandans.
