NUP Campaign Team Appearing In Court In Masaka Today

NUP Campaign team is today expected to go to Masaka Court after their arrest in Kalangala a few days ago. The group was escorting their party president, Robert Kyagulanyi. Among them are, Nubian Li and Eddy Muter, Bobi’s close allies. Unlike them, police took Robert Kyagulanyi  away in a plane to Magere where he resides.

There have been a lot of speculations especially on social media saying these people are being tortured and that is yet to be confirmed whether it was true or it’s just propaganda. There were some photos that were shared on social media showing Nubian Li on oxygen fighting for his life.

However some people said that was a picture of some time back and probably its not even him.

The disappointment of the NUP lawyers came when they didn’t see Nubian Li and Eddy Mutwe. This means the police did not… This means the police did not bring the two members of the NUP campaign team to court.

Since the day of their arrest, no one has heard from them or even stop their eyes on them. This leaves a lot of room for speculation and obviously speculation of the worst.

We’re counting down just 9 days to the decision making day. Every candidate must be on pressure trying to tighten all the lose ends.

It is even more tricky for the reigning President because all this fracas makes him look a certain way in the eyes of the people.
