Opera has made an announcement today that it has obtained Bemobi, ANetflit subscription service aiming Latin American market and the company expects to close its acquisition towards the end of year 2015.

The browser company describes Bemobi as an important subscription service for mobile App, Bemobi which said it currently has approximately six million active subscribers is necessarily Netflix for smartphone Apps which gives users endless access to premium mobile Apps for a reasonable weekly fee using their debit or credit cards.
Opera which is commonly known for its desktop and mobile browsers has now expanded its network rapidly by combining with the existing Bemobi’s App discovery and subscription services which the company says will be a global space leader by bringing inventive mobile App discovery services in the world.

Benobi’s new monetization model is very essential in our core markets and its compatible with Opera, we want to work hard to expand our market in Latin America, however , we have a plan of expanding globally so that everyone will benefit in this.
The distribution for Bemobi include Telefonica, Móvil, Telcel, América, Oi and Claro. Bemobi is also getting access to Opera’s global network of partners across the world.
