PicMe Up Investment Limited Joins Transport Business

In an effort aimed at providing fast and reliable transport means to city dwellers, PicMe Up Investment Limited has launched their operations.

PicMe App is a mobile application that is owned by PicMe Up Investment  Limited. The application is used to manage transportation services in easy cost effective, efficient and convenient ways using widely accessible platforms like smart phones and ordinary phones SMS messages.

The company Managing Director Howard Tugume appealed to the general public to embrace the service.

“Through our Pic Me App,customers can access our services any where around town. We charge only sh 600 per kilometre which we believe is precisely lower cost in the prevailing transport business,” Tugume said.

The company will recruit and register riders at designated stages in Kampala, Entebbe and Mbarara. What makes the company unique is that the company has partnered with Liberty General Insurance Limited to offer insurance cover to riders and passengers.

“All our riders are fully trained, armed with driving permits and covered by insurance package,” Tugume said.

He pledged to work with local government, police to regulate and improve passenger safety and transport.

Pic Me App joins the likes of Safe Boda, Uber and Tugende in this transport business.
The company will unveil car hire services next month yo ease transport country wide.
