President Biden’s Immigration Policies Cause A Crisis At The Boarder

There is a crisis at the Southern border and it has mainly been caused by President Biden’s new immigration policies. He recently halted the construction of the wall and let illegal immigrants into the country.

He even further promised amnesty for millions more. These disastrous policies have contributed to a surge in the number of illegal immigrants in the US. They have also increased on the cases of Covid-19, and the humanitarian crisis at the border.

Despite the proof that the wall works effectively, Joe Biden halted its construction on his first day in office.

This wall funnels all migrants toward specific points of entry into the United States. This is where U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents can easily stop illegal immigrants as well as human and drug traffickers.

The wall is an essential part in securing the border; however, the Republicans said President Biden and the Democrats failed to admit it.

The crisis at the border became inevitable with these poor policies running the day. It however reached a breaking point sooner than expected.

The number of children illegally crossing the border unaccompanied reached the highest in the Nation’s history in February. This even forced the Biden administration to put children into migrant detention at 100% capacity. This goes against covid-19 protocols hence putting many at risk of contracting the virus.

Many local officials have asked for this to stop but despite their efforts, the releases just keep coming.

‘’Biden’s border policies are deeply misguided. His immigration strategy harms our border communities, and incentivizing illegal immigration will continue to overwhelm our immigration system,’’ The Examiner, a news outlet partly wrote.
