Faded socialite Brian Kirumira aka Bryan White who is attempting a comeback to the money bags he once was has thrown a light about his previous woes.

According to Bryan, the problems he suffered were a punishment to Ugandans and rather not him.

He said that the things that happened to him rather befell upon Ugandans. It was a lesson for people to learn that if a very charitable person like him could have those he helped turn against him, how about the common Ugandan with nothing to give?

For him, people deserting him at his lowest wasn’t a surprise. This is because he was already used to them. However, what baffles him is how people kept on wondering and accusing him of getting money from State House.

Bryan White also explained that he will this time carry out his charity. It won’t be like last time when he used musicians to sieve through people’s proposals.

This time he’s calling for a convention of people from different districts at Kololo Independence Grounds.

“The problems that happened to me were not for me but a warning and rather a signal to all Ugandans. It was to show you that if a rich and charitable man like me could have people turn against me, how about you who has nothing.”

“I also want to clarify this time round how my work and charity will be done. The other time we were using proposals but I discovered this might take many years. So I will have each district nominate people who will come to Kololo and tell me their problems. Once this is done, I will camp in that district and spend a month helping to sort them out. I’m tired of those people crying and saying every good thing stops in Kampala,” he said.

He added that the reason he does all this is to transform Uganda. Apparently, it’s turning into a hub of bad vices such as drug abuse, and prostitution among others.

Bryan White, therefore, feels that this is largely due to unemployment and idleness. He also revealed that he will be jetting back to the country to start dishing out the money.

The socialite’s source of money is unknown and denied being funded by the government. He used to dish out money like it had no meaning a few years ago.

However, he ran bankrupt and very ill a thing that erased him from the social scene for quite long.
