Ragga Dee Wants Multiplex Off City Roads

Aspiring Lord mayor Daniel Kazibwe aka Ragga Dee says once he is voted as Kampala mayor will remove Multiplex company from City Roads.

He accuses the company of fraud and congestion of City Roads hence increased traffic jam.

“Multiplex despite being private entity has not helped on management of city traffic. They extort money from Innocent drivers even when they in areas where they have not been gazetted,” Ragga Dee said.

“The staff of the company are segregate in their operations once they see vehicles of government officials they do not clamp but considering concentrate on frustrating life of private crime owners by charging them exorbitant fees for City parking,” he added.

According to deals from Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA), Multiplex collects close to shs3 billion in City parking charges.
