Rapper Recho Rey Hails Sheebah Karungi For Helping Her Out Of Depression

Female rapper Mirembe Rachel alias Recho Rey has hailed her fellow musician, Sheebah Karungi for helping her out of depression. The singer during an interview on a local TV station said that she was at one time going through a tough phase in her career.

At one point, she even thought that she was crazy. But the instant she started talking to Sheebah, she started getting onto the path of clearing her head. The singer said that queen Karma helped her into a spiritual awakening phase in her life.

According to the Bwogana singer, Sheebah helped her realize that almost everyone experiences what she was going through. However, it doesn’t mean that you’re losing it. It’s rather a phase to embrace and get spiritual enlightenment.

“Sheebah is indeed a queen as she christened herself. I remember a tough phase I was going through during my depression. I did talk with her and it’s like she knew everything about spiritual awakening. Not everybody understands it and can help you clear your head. But she helped me and I realized that I wasn’t crazy but it was rather a phase,” said the rapper.

Additionally, she said that she remembers an incident where she did a live feed on Facebook and started crying. This was at the height of her depression.

However, nobody really checked on her. Everyone was judging her with some saying that she was abusing drugs. It was only NRG radio presenter, Prim Asiimwe who reached out to her.

Prim talked to the singer and she was really surprised. This surely helped her get out of the tough place she was in at the time.
