Robert Kyagulanyi Is A Wave, And Waves Don’t Last – Frank Tumwebaze Speaks Out

Frank Tumwebaze, Minister of Gender, labor and social development while on a morning show today, pointed out that Robert Kyagulanyi is a wave that will not last.

He said that he managed to affect Forum for Democratic Change but National Resistance Army is intact even in Buganda. Obviously this attracted a lot of back lash from the NUP supporters who simply said Twebaze knows what the truth is.

He went ahead to blame Hon. Kyagulanyi for the huge masses that rally around him every time he is campaigning. He advised him to pick a leaf from the head of state who intentionally refused to gather masses beyond the number recommended by the Electoral commission.

Tumwebaze actually said they will test Kyagulanyi’s skills as a leader now. If people can’t listen to him and still gather then his leadership skills are still lacking.

When asked about the National Resistance Movement members who keep gathering masses and yet the police doesn’t arrest them. Frank Tumwebaze blankly said the police should arrest them because Covid isn’t politically oriented.

‘Police should arrest whoever is violating the SOPs, whether NRM or opposition. Covid 19 wont stop anybody’.

The police has on several occasions brutally arrested the opposition members for allegedly violating the SOPs. We have hardly seen police stopping NRM members from gathering.

Recently Bebe Cool, Catherine Kusasira among others were surrounded by huge masses but nothing like teargas was in the air that day.

Regardless campaigns are still going on as all eyes are on 2021 general elections.
