According to his reaction, Selector Jay confirmed that he is on Sheilah Gashumba’s side after claiming that he earns more money in bars than he used to work for on NTV Uganda.

Jay started his deejaying career 15 years ago as a mobile Dj after being inspired by the likes of Capital radio’s Alex Ndawula, Sanyu FM’s Raster Rob MC and Peter Ssematimba.

Therefore, Selector Jay recently explained that playing music in bars is more better than working for NTV Uganda and weighing it down on a scale, the money he earns daily is more than he used to earn on a monthly basis from NTV.

Jay currently works at Gabz, EXO lounge, Atmosphere and other popular hangouts within Kampala. He also used to co-host NTV the Beat together with Sheilah Gashumba and Douglas before heading to NBS TV.
