Sheebah during a local TV interview clarified that there was no friendship between them in the first place. It’s rather mutual respect that they have for each other and this still exists.
The Weekend singer said that people shouldn’t confuse friendship and mutual respect for colleagues. These are two totally different things according to the self-styled queen karma.
Sheebah also doesn’t understand why a successful singer had to jail an upcoming dancer.
“She’s a successful woman and I expected her to deal with the situation much better. If unfollowing me on social media is what gives her peace, she’s okay to do it but there are certain things I have no time for. And no, there was never friendship between us in the first place. I don’t want people to confuse the two. There is what we call mutual friendships for colleagues in the music industry. And this is different from friendship so I don’t want us to fake,” said the former TNS singer.
Sheebah and Spice Diana are without a doubt the top female musicians currently in Uganda. The two for some time had been bickering but made amends last year. Their seeming friendship however detoriated about a month ago.
This was after Spice Diana got Sheebah’s official dancer, Ritah Dancehall behind bars. The result was both singers openly and indirectly hitting out at each other.
Their fans, the Sheebaholics and Spice Gadgets were also there to make the situation worse.
The two also proceeded to release songs milking the situation. Fortunately, queen karma has clarified that there was no friendship in the first place.
