This Singapore Apartment Complex Was Voted The Best New Building In The World

This amazing apartment complex in Singapore was awarded with the most prestigious prizes in architecture by the judges at the World Architecture Festival 2015 which took place from 4th to 6th – November in Marina Bay sands, Singapore, it received the World Building of the year Award.

The fantastic complex building is known as Interlace and it was designed by the Dutch based office for Metropolitan Architecture.

This magnificient complex is sat on 5 hectares with very nice view, it has 31 apartment blocks and each measures six stories high to guarantee beautiful views in each direction.

This also makes eight large, open courtyards with roof-top sky gardens and terraces for both public and private use.

The apartment ’s facing twists were uniquely designed for privacy purposes.

This wonderful complex contains 1,040 apartment units of different sizes with magnificient amount of outdoor space and landscaping stretched across over 1.8 million square feet.
