Spice Diana Confirms Holding Beef Over Sheebah Before

Singer, Spice Diana, real name Namukwaya Hajjara, has confirmed beefing with fellow artiste Sheebah Karungi before. Sheebah is one of the biggest female artistes in Uganda followed by Spice Diana who says she’s her inspiration.

The former joined the music industry years before the latter.

By the time Spice Diana joined the music industry, Sheebah was already an established artiste. However, Spice was pushed so much by her manager Roger and her music broke through the entertainment industry forcefully.

With all the competition, Spice and her fans resorted to beefing the established singer, Sheebah. Sheebah she never said anything about it but Spice Diana once made a post accusing Sheebah of putting her down. She said Sheebah sends her fans to abuse her on social media.

Such beef has been common in Uganda’s music industry even in men like Bebe Cool, Jose Chameleon, and Bobi Wine.

Early this year, Sheebah decided to break the cycle and reconcile with Spice Diana. She went to Diana’s EP listening party and told her how much she loves her. She was amazed by the steps taken by Sheebah and she immediately said she has been waiting for this moment for so long.

The talented singer told the media that she can’t deny there has been some tension between her and Sheebah before. But she is happy that they are friends now.

“I can’t lie there has been beefing before between me and Sheebah but all that ended. We are now friends and close looking forward to working together. It is beautiful to find yourself with people that inspired you and I can’t thank God enough,” she said.
