Spice Diana Unbothered By Ranking Of Artistes

Female local musician, Hajarah Namukwaya aka Spice Diana, has revealed that she’s unbothered by the critics and other people who rank musicians. The Siri Regular singer had been asked to rank herself among the best musicians and she declined to do so.

According to Spice Diana, her job is to sing for the people and not to make lists or rank fellow singers. Besides, she might be a favorite to some one and yet she isn’t to another one. Therefore she will do the singing and let the fans and award organizers do the ranking.

The Source management singer was also asked about how she feels about the mutual friendship that seems to have develpoed between her and Sheebah.

Spice Diana said that for starters, there was never any bad blood between her and Sheebah. It was just a narrative brought about by their fans wo always pinned them against each other.

“I’m just glad that me and Sheebah are now gettimg along but there was no bad blood between us in the firts place. It’s a narrative that was pushed by our fans. Sometimes these diehard fans feel like they are you. And they have to fight your own battles at times you don’t have an idea about. But it’s all good now. For rankimg my fellow musicians or myself, I can’t because it’s not my job but rather for the fans we sing for. My job is to sing for the people and let them decide who they like. All I Ican do is appreciate other artiste’s art but each musician knows that they are the best at what they do,” she said.

However, it should be recalled that the two singers clerly didn’t like each other. Through different social media posts and interviews, they had always trashed each other directly or indirectly.

It’s however good to see that that they are now the biggest female singers of their era. They are getting well along and setting a good precedent.
