Stop Pretending Like You Care About the Youths Talents – FDC To Muhoozi

Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba seems to be a favorite ball to the opposition lately. They have found it easy to bless him with attacks in recent days especially on Twitter.

The latest is the FDC which told him to stop pretending he cares about the youth’s talents. This was after he applauded the national broadcaster UBC, for showing the 2021 Cameroon AFCON games live.

Muhoozi further said that it’s an inspiration for the country’s youths to make sure that they represent the country at such tournaments. The first son added that these youths have his full support.

“I thank UBC for broadcasting the ongoing AFCON tournament to our people. It is an inspiration to our many talented youngsters to ensure the country is consistently represented at such continental and global tournaments in future. They have my full support.”

This saw the Najjanankumbi-based party hit back at the Commander of the Land Forces. FDC said the youngsters Muhoozi talks about will never be inspired. This is because Muhoozi’s ancestors sold all the playgrounds that these youths would be using.

The party further advised that nurturing sports and arts should start within schools.

“The youngsters will never be inspired when the descendants of the “bachwezi ” sold all the playgrounds in public schools. The growth of sports & creative arts MUST begin with schools. We promise to stabilize community sports recreation centres to raise talent.”

It is important to note that Ugandan sport has massively failed. Uganda gained fame in different sports fields in the 70’s-80’s. Many sports activities have since then failed mainly due to administrative failures.
