Trending Kenyan Fake Lawyer Arrested, Charged With Several Cases

Trending Kenyan fake lawyer Brian Mwenda Njagi has been put behind bars and is facing several charges. This fake lawyer has been trending on social media for almost a week now.

It has been established that he has been working as a lawyer for many years without any qualifications.

There was a rumour that Brian Mwenda won all the cases he was arguing in court yet he isn’t qualified in any way. According to the Law Society of Kenya president Theuri, Mwenda will serve as a lesson to other fake lawyers in the country.

He said he will be charged with forgery and identity theft. For now he is being kept in custody and will have to face the judges after all investigations.

“Brian Mwenda Njagi is now at DCI. We are going to ensure that he faces the full force of the law. The evidence gathered so far points to several cases of forgery and identity theft. Further inquiries are ongoing. We are working closely with the DCI team to conduct thorough and extensive investigation,”

It should be noted that so many young people are struggling with no jobs. They try as much as they can to earn a living and most of them don’t care about how they will get the money.
