Uganda emerged 90th position globally and 23rd in Africa with the happiest people and one of the best place to live. Rwanda is the highest in Africa with 79 positive experience index followed by Kenya with 77 respectively.

Gallup’s research measures on this matter depends on how people live their lives by asking a number of questions on positive experience which include, well-rested, enjoyment, smiling and laughing aswell as negative experience which includes, stress, physical pain, anger, worry and sadness.
