There are situations when you notice your partner is emotionally absent and you have done something. Being patient as a relationship skill involves thinking positively and avoids the blame game that may distance your partner away.

It’s good to always communicate your feelings to your partner since this helps him or her know your likes and dislikes, but however this should be done in a calm way using “I” for example “ I don’t like it when you do this and that. ” while focusing on your how you are affected than be quiet because he/ she may not know yr likes and dislikes.

Problems in couples normally result from emotional absence in another partner a situation that so frustrating and demoralizing within lovers.
