A couple from the United States has been charged with murder of a Kenyan student identified as Oyombe Gradin Alex, 21, at the University of Oregon parking yard on 4th May 2019.

Oyombe was shot dead very early in the morning on 4th May this year. He is a Kenyan born and was adopted as a baby into the family of Gradin. The Kenyan student was studying at Lane Community College and he was shot dead few minutes after leaving Taylor’s bar and Grill.
Both suspects and married couple from Portland, Kailee Von Foster, 29, and Drey Kindred Regis, 30, were apprehended last week and were brought to court this Tuesday on murder charges.
According to Police, the motive behind the shooting was carried out deliberately, but highlighted that the family of Gradin had no connection to any related shooting.
The family of Gradin don’t know and have no contacts with the suspects before the incident. He didn’t do anything wrong, ‘said EPD police detective during the press conference on Friday.
Both suspects Von Foster and Regis allegedly have several previous convictions.
