Yemi Alade Confirms Ugandan Concert

Nigerian songstress, Yemi Alade, has become the latest singer from the West African country to confirm a concert in the East African country. She confirmed this news via her social media handles.

According to Yemi, she will be gracing the pearl of Africa on the 11th of December 2022. Details of the type of concert, fees, organizers, venue among others are however yet to be released.

“Uganda December 11th,” the Johnny singer tweeted.

Ugandans who are renowned for partying despite the tough economic conditions have already expressed their excitement. They can’t wait to party with her as they will be ushering in the festive season.

Yemi Alade who is one of the biggest female artists in Africa has never performed in Uganda. She was slated to perform in the country ahead of the 2021 MAMAs and actually came to the country.

These awards were unfortunately suspended and they never happened over unclear circumstances.

Many Nigerian artists have graced Uganda since the reopening of the entertainment sector at the start of the year.

Artists such as Chike, Ruger, Adekunle Gold, Tiwa Savage, Kizz Daniel, Rema have all performed in the country and put up electrifying performances.
