Ykee Benda Comes Under Fire For Indirect Shots At Bobi Wine Following Ray G’s Concert

Singer Ykee Benda has come under heavy fire from sections of his followers on social media platform X. This is after a tweet he made following Ray G’s concert and many believe that it was aimed at Bobi Wine.

The Singa singer congratulated Ray G upon his record-breaking concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval.

Taking to his X page, Ykee Benda singer said that the so-called gatekeeper of the music industry is surely going to feel pained and even bewitch.

“Industry gatekeeper agenda kuloga. Time will humble many…congrats my bro Ray G,” he tweeted.

There and then most of the comments guessed that he was firing subliminal shots at Bobi Wine. Most of the recent concerts have been politicized.

Many musicians have had to rely on Bobi Wine to rally support. The likes of King Saha, Karole Kasita among others all had Bobi Wine endorsing their concerts.

It wasn’t the same for the Western-based musician. However, the turn-up was massive especially since some critics had written him off saying that he can’t pull up a massive crowd in Kampala.

For Ykee Benda, he not only received insults and attacks, he was also reminded by some that his music career is non-existent .

“You’d rather talk about your failed music career coz at this point, Ray G is even far better than you goon!,” said one social media user.

“Mukulu concentrate on ur school.. Ebya music bilekele “Gatekeeper” ne RAY G kubanga they are way heavier than ue.. Musically, you failed flat,” said another.

Meanwhile, the Nunu singer has come out to appreciate everyone who came from near and afar to support him. The ground was filled to capacity. It will go down as one of the most attended concerts at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
