You May Never Find The Perfect Person, But You will Get The Right Person

Most people are still single because they are looking for the perfect person to settle with. They are looking for angels among humans. Some times we are so unrealistic in our search, take a look at yourself, are you perfect?

Why do you search for things within people that you yourself lack. Most of the things are not as complicated as we want to make them appear. It is the way we do them that brings the complication.

There is always the right person for you but you. But, you can miss them in the name of looking for the perfect kind of person. Don’t quote me wrong, am not saying you put up with all kinds of stupidity just because no one is perfect. Lay your standards, have your limits but be realistic.

Put yourself in your partner’s shoes, if their standards were as high as those you have on paper, would you live up to them? If so, then go ahead.

Relationships can be very messy if you are not ready or if you go with the mind of the Telemundo-kind of love. What kills most relationships is comparing your relationship to another relationship.

You want to try to make your spouse behave like someone’s spouse because you think they are perfect. This is so wrong, work your relationship out. If it works well and good and if it doesn’t then move on.

Most of the people that are not openly dating will claim they haven’t found the perfect match but this means you are always not as perfect because people would be dying to have you.

Understand that every person has flaws, if you can’t find a compromise then you can never be consistent in any relationship. You will find that sometimes you need to turn a blind eye just to make it work.

Fund the right person, everything will slowly work itself out, have an open mind, but don’t be on your toes. Enjoy what you have to enjoy and put up with what you can put up with.

Happiness is not just in perfect, it’s in the right thing that you can stand for even when all things have fallen apart.
