14 Year Old Boy Charged With Defiling One Year Old Baby Girl

A boy of 14 years old was brought to Nakuru court on Monday on charges with defilement of an eighteen months old baby girl in Njoro Kenya.

According to the reports from court, this young boy committed the crime last month on 19^th and 20^th September this year when his mother left the baby in his custody.

In the presence of Magistrate Khatambi Yvonne, the court heard that the teen suspect defiled the baby after being found with pants down by residents at the neighborhood who immediately notified police.

The young boy denied the allegations and he was set free on a bond of Shs300,000 with a guarantor of a similar amount.

The prosecution expressed that it has a group of 7 people ready to present evidence against the suspect.

The baby girl who was taken to the hospital after defilement, has been brought back home.
