NBS’s Douglas Lwanga Begs Scientists To Also Consider Reopening Bars

The professional media personality in the entertainment industry Douglas Lwanga who hosts After 5 show on NBS TV is among disappointed celebrities praying so hard for the president to reopen bars like how he did to Arcades, Shopping malls, Boda bodas and Saloons.

The presenter is among business ideologists who ventures in different income generating activities. Among them include Purple Party he updates every year. Since this year is controlled by coronavirus outbreak, his event will not take place like the previous years and this has bothered him a lot alongside other artistes.

Therefore he took to his Facebook page and begged scientists to consider reopening bars in their free time since musicians, comedians and other artistes also need to earn a living.

“Dear Scientists. Thank you for hearing the plight of Boda Bodas, Arcades and Saloon. Will the scientists look into the Bars also in their free time? Tubagala nyo our dear scientists. Fe twakola Arts munange.” Douglas Lwanga begged.

Though the country is still in a partial lockdown, most of the sectors have resumed back to work and until the President allows all other businesses to reopen, the country will be back to normal but Ugandans are still starving as of now.
