Eddy Kenzo Attacks Cindy’s UMA For Achieving Nothing

Musician Eddy Kenzo has lashed out at fellow singer Cindy Sanyu’s Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) for achieving nothing for the time it has been in existence.

According to Kenzo, his Uganda National Musicians Federation which is even yet to make a year has already started bearing fruit. Apparently, this is yet those people who have been in leadership for long have the nerve to badmouth it.

The Sitya Loss singer lashed out at fellow musicians who rally behind such people instead of questioning them. Kenzo said that these musicians should scrutinize such people.

They should ask questions and also demand for answers, especially for the fact that there is nothing tangible to show in the about 7 years of existence.

Additionally, the Sitya Loss singer said that by then neither he, Sheebah nor Pallaso were in leadership. But the moment they stepped up, things have been going so far so good. And at a point where musicians should be having a unanimous voice, there are those creating division.

The Big Talent boss also said that he has the money to afford a lavish lifestyle. He could pay a deaf ear to the plight of his fellow musicians but he decided to help clean the industry. And he believes this is the time when musicians should be uniting.

Apparently, the demands they are making right now aren’t even for their own benefit. But for their children and others to come. This is because a successful person without a successor is a total failure.

Therefore they might enjoy the fruits of their hard work but once they are gone, their children will languish in misery. They won’t benefit from the work of their parents.

The singer also said that they created a SACCO. This has admitted many musicians and many others are still joining. Very soon the money promised to them from the government will be coming in. Eddy Kenzo revealed that anyone not in this SACCO won’t receive even a single penny.
