Gogoro’s first Smartscooters will start Shipping today

Today, the first Gogoro smartscooters will ship out to pre-order customers in Taipei city, they have got more than 380 pre-orders at the moment. Recently the company managed to raise $150 million dollars and before it was operating silently for three years period, so just of recent, Gogoro decided to reveal to the world that they have resumed building electric smart-scooters.

Gogoro’s smartscooters look pretty good!

The company begun taking pre-orders in June at a cost of NTD$128,000 and that’s approximately $4,132 USD, Gogoro’s smart scooter is re-built with lithium ion battery to boost its power and you can easily swap the battery using its network of GoStations which are already running in Taipei.
