I Wasn’t Bothered With Sheilah Gashumba’s Cheating Rumors With Ruger- Rickman

Singer Derrick Ddungu alias Rickman has revealed that he has never been bothered about the infidelity rumors surrounding his girlfriend, Sheilah Gashumba. A number of months ago, Sheilah was involved in a social media spat with ex-boyfriend, God’s Plan.

In a bid to embarrass her for dumping him, he revealed that she had been bedded by many prominent entertainers. Since then, Sheilah was the subject of ridicule from social media users. They claimed that the NBS After 5 presenter was sleeping around with almost every Nigerian singer who came around.

She then found herself in the heat of things after Nigerian singer Ruger came to perform in Uganda. Sheilah was here and there with the Bounce singer and even flew to Rwanda with him.

And as Ugandans are known for ‘cutting word’ they soon started mocking Rickman about how his girlfriend was being enjoyed by Ruger as he spent cold nights alone back in Kampala.

Reacting to a question about this during an interview, Rickman said that he wasn’t bothered. This is because he knows that both are in the entertainment industry. And such baseless talk is bound to arise always. Besides, this talk affected Sheilah’s PR work for Nigerian artists and she put a halt to it.

‘To be honest, it never bothered me. I know this is an entertainment industry where such talks are always bound to arise. It also affected her PR career,” said Rickman.

The singer also added that he’s not ready to settle down and have kids with Sheilah. This is partly due to financial constraints as he’s not yet in a place he wants to be.
