Kadaga was speaking at the Launch of the SOS children’s Villages Youth Can Initiative at Kampala Serena Hotel.

The speaker says that the importation of nursery teacher is to help the natives change their mind on vocational education.

Kadaga said Cubans are skillful people!

Kadaga said that the idea of importing Cuban nursery teachers came after her visit in Cuba.

She said on her visit in Cuba she found three-year-old children playing games in chemistry, physics, hairdressing and other vocational skills.

Rebecca said that these little nursery pupils need these vocational skills while at their infant stages.

She said that these skills will help to mold these children to create jobs than train for white collar jobs that are a source of unemployment in the country.
