Kadaga said that the idea of importing Cuban nursery teachers came after her visit in Cuba.
She said on her visit in Cuba she found three-year-old children playing games in chemistry, physics, hairdressing and other vocational skills.

She said that these skills will help to mold these children to create jobs than train for white collar jobs that are a source of unemployment in the country.
