The public has extremely defended Solomon saying he is a child like any other and he should be left a little alone. Some people even said people are using this incident to only taint Bobi Wine’s image because of his desire to be president.
Kasuku says the way the public has reacted just shows how rotten and hypocritical society is. He says if it were another person’s son, society would rebuke the person without any remorse but the double standards in this is alarming.
According to him, society has a huge problem, if things continue like this, children will start abusing their parents and no one will say anything about it.
“Why do u think weed is bad? Bobi smoked weed but he’s intelligent n smart, prime minister of Jamaica smokes but he governs a ctry. I smoke too but I got a first-class degree. Don’t u think that smoking weed increases one’s intelligence other than drinking?” a one Manager Willis said.
“As you insult Bobi Wine’s son, remember that that’s how his father became famous; and now you don’t need much explanation to know Bobi’s “contribution” to #Uganda.
Members of the generation pretend to care about others than themselves,” a one Aaron Ainomugisha said.
Does this therefore mean society is fine with children doing drugs or that everything is being politicized?
