According to the proceedings, the family of a lady who died in 2017 is suing the housing facility where she was staying, saying the lady died in the hands of a suspected serial killer.

The proceedings say Wasserman Doris, aged 90, who died in 2017 December, was among the nine residents killed at the Tradition-Prestonwood housing facility by Billy between 2016 and 2017.

Mr Billy, a Kenyan immigrant who moved to the United States in late 90s together with other two siblings, is currently facing various murder charges where by the victim’s family claims their relative never died of natural cause.

Billy, who is reportedly a healthcare worker currently, faces murder charges of twelve elderly woman in both Dallas and Collin County, Texa, USA.

The Kenyan immigrant, 46, is charged of suffocating or strangling his victims purposely to steal valuables such as personal ornaments.

Doris’s family says jewelry worth $8,500 was confirmed missing from her house after her death.
