Jennifer Cramblett filed a lawsuit last year against Illinois sperm bank for mistakenly sending her a black man’s sperm that she was artificially inseminated.

Jennifer selected a white, blonde-haired, blue-eyed donor labeled No 380 which was mixed up leading her to sue a lawsuit alleging wrongful birth.
Although the lawsuit was breach of warranty, it was unfortunate for her that her lawsuit was tossed on Thursday.

She became pregnant in 2011 through artificial insemination using sperm donated by a black man instead of white donor she selected when the mistake due to clerical error was discovered.

Because she grew up in predominantly white town and didn’t meet a black person until she attended university. She and her partner Amanda Zinkon live in the mainly white Union town, Ohio in USA.
