Maggie Kayima Says Pastor Yiga Wanted To Marry Her But Her Parents Refused

Late controversial pastor Yiga’s ex lover, Maggie Kayima popularly known as Nabbi Omukazi has now started saying nice things about the late pastor.

During another interview with a local TV station, Maggie Kayima narrated how pastor Yiga asked for hand in marriage. Her parents however refused completely.

According to the ‘Emitima Gyabantu’ Hit maker, her parents never liked Yiga because of the bad things he did to her years ago. However, Maggie Kayima had forgiven him. She had decided to forget the past and embrace the new beginning.

She revealed that they had planned to begin with a civil wedding.

In other news previously reported by NEWSLEXPOINT.com, Uganda’s legendary musician Maggie Kayima popularly known as Nabbi Omukazi regarded the late pastor Yiga Augustine as her best friend, despite having personal misunderstandings that made them to part ways a few years ago.

“He is the only one who understood me. And I am the only person who understood him better. I don’t think there is going to be someone who will understand me as he did,” Nabbi Omukazi revealed whilst speaking in a media interview.

She added that they were considering to rekindle their relationship and start working again.
