What is a robot?
A robot is an automated machinery / a mechanical arm that was built and programmed to function without a human operator in order to move car parts into specific places.

The reports suggested that human error was to blame but NOT the robot itself, the robot is designed to perform several tasks during the assembly process within specific area at the factory.

Way back in the year 1971, Robert Williams was also killed by a robot in the same way at a Ford car production line in Michigan. In 1981, an engineer at Kawasaki car factory in Japan, Urada Kenji was killed by a broken robot which he failed to turn off completely before, it pushed him into the grinding machine and died.
