Meet Caleb Anderson, 13-year-Old Boy Studying Aerospace Engineering Degree

While other kids his age are taking on sixth or seventh grade, primary level in Ugandan terms, 13 year old Caleb Anderson will be graduating from University in 1 year. Imagine being a baby that is able to speak over three languages before most children even learn to walk. Thirteen-year-old American kid, Caleb Anderson does not need to imagine.

According to a post made by Afro Tech on Facebook, the genius child already knew over 250 words at only nine months old. By 11 months, he was speaking and reading English fluently. Going up even further, little Caleb was fluent in Mandarin, Spanish, and French by the age of three.

The decision to send Caleb Anderson to college

Amazed by their son’s intelligence, his parents quickly tested his IQ. They soon accepted him into MENSA, a high IQ society reserved for only the smartest of the learners. In other words, geniuses.

Meet Caleb AndersonCaleb Anderson with his parents.Caleb quickly went through a lot of learning material meant for children his age and then even material meant for children older than him. Soon he became bored with what was offered in regular school, explaining to his parents that he wanted to go to college.

“He said, ‘Mom I’m bored. This is not challenging,’ ” Anderson’s mother, Claire, said.

“It’s really not helping me grow in my learning and I think I’m ready for college.”

His parents then made the decision for Caleb to go to college. He is currently doing his sophomore year in an aerospace engineering programme. This is something he obviously finds challenging enough for his ever-developing mind.

He is currently studying towards his aerospace engineering qualification from Chattahoochee Technical College in Georgia. What a way to make your parents proud.
