Mikel Obi To Run For Nigerian Presidency- According To Nigerian Twitter

If the Nigerian professional footballer, John Mikel Obi decided to run for presidency, his chances of winning would be a walkover, according to the reports from Guardian.NG.

Besides his popularity, the Super Eagle captain and a former Blues midfielder has really shown his determination and willingness to bail out his country from shameful situations both on and off the pitch.

Following the hurtful defeat to South American country, Argentina which saw Super Eagles kicked out of the world cup 2018. During the match on that day, Mikel Obi was seen trying to fight back with tears quickly coming out of his eyes.

Mikel Obi truly loves his country!

Even if things didn’t go well, Mike Obi did what he could and gave his all, millions of Nigerians appreciated his ability, bravery and solid patriotism towards his beloved country, Nigeria. Majority of football fans believe that if he becomes a president he’ll definitely be able to fight for his country.

Mikel who played whole-heartedly, though he had some issues bothering him, which involved the abduction of his father, that didn’t stop him from leading his team against Argentines. He deserves a National honor.

According to Twitter, Mikel Obi is likely to win majority votes against president Muhammadu Buhari, millions of people think he’s even more patriotic than Buhari himself.
