Soon he was the new poster boy and the hype increased and, so did his lifestyle. A few years down the road and he’s no longer what he was then.
Latinum has now revealed what caused his resounding downfall. Just like most artists, Latinum’s downfall was not any different.
Drugs and alcohol were his biggest problem and this massively contributed to his downfall as he lost track of himself and his career.
“Alcohol and drugs were my biggest problem and these largely contributed to my downfall. I used to consume a lot of them but luckily now I’m on the road to recovery and reforming,” said Latinum.
It was of recent that the singer started to resurface in the public eye. This is after Big Talent boss Eddy Kenzo gifted him a collabo which has surely brought him back to the public eye.
Some sections of the public however also faulted his singing style which resembled that of Apass and Beenie Gunter who all do it better than he does.
However, Latinum is not the first musician in the country to see their careers dealt a premature end by drugs.
