Ronald Mayinja Rubbishes Rumors Of Divorcing Wife

Singer Ronald Mayinja has rubbished rumors that he parted ways with his wife. The singer says that such rumors don’t contain any bit of truth. He, however, said that his wife and kids relocated to the UK and they currently live in London. Mayinja added that he also occasionally goes there.

The Tuli Kubunkenke singer said that it was his family’s decision to go and leave there. He also supported the idea thus them relocating.

They asked the singer whether he did this because of the political tensions back in the country. Mayinja denied this and said that he did it just for the benefits in the UK.

They then asked him why he doesn’t wear a wedding ring. Mayinja said that he has never wed his wife and only did an introduction for which they don’t wear rings.

Furthermore, the singer was asked about his music career and why he crossed to the government he hated a lot through his sons.

The Golden Band singer said that he only criticized it and the ills that were being done. He added that even if a new government comes up, his songs will always be available to correct them.

Mayinja on his limited music appearances said that it’s because he’s been inactive. He, however, doesn’t feel that the public is angry with him because of aligning with the NRM. He added that he has a new song coming up very soon and he feel the vibe is back for him to resume his career.

Furthermore, Mayinja was questioned about Bobi Wine’s new song. He was told that it was probably hitting at him and his fellow Baganda musicians such as Big Eye and Full Figure. Mayinja said that he’s beyond such petty stuff and even hasn’t listened to the song yet.
