Struggling Singer Hellen Lukoma Set To Release New Music

Struggling local singer and actress, Hellen Lukoma has come out to announce she will be releasing new music soon after being held back by Covid-19.

The singer said that she has been into a lot but is finally getting through it.

Lukoma said that she had a baby to take care of just as the pandemic set in. She also revealed that she has been into shooting movies but completed them.

It’s time therefore to concentrate on the music as she also gave a glimpse into her new song that will be released soon.

“Thank God I’m through with all my work and will now be getting back to releasing new music. I have been breastfeeding but now the baby has grown. I was also into shooting movies and series and soon they will be on screens. COVID 19 had also held me back but I’m now releasing my new song soon. It’s a very good and inspirational song and talks exactly about me,” Lukoma revealed.

The singer started out in the girl group Obsessions in the mid 2000s. She however moved to form HB Toxic with fellow former Obsessions member Brenda Nambi after their former group disbanded.

Their career as a group did not however pick up and soon disintegrated.

Lukoma pursued a solo career which also proved unsuccessful before changing into the movie industry. She’s quite done well in acting in the local films.
