The MC a few months ago could never have thought that his life would drastically change for the better like it’s done in the past two months. He now hopes to inspire others with his story.
Taking to his Twitter page which has slowly grown, he advised people not to give up on their dreams and work hard to achieve them.
He went ahead to quote Bobi Wine’s Number One song saying that everyone in the ghetto is a winner.
“I was a simple Ghetto youth, with desires and fantasies, hopes and wishes, to ride in benzis. Ela saapowa like i want you to do because in the Ghetto every one is a superstar.” Mc Africa tweeted.
It should be noted that the MC gained fame after videos made round on different social media platforms of him jamming to Pia Pounds’ Twende Tupaate song.
His vibe was so strong and he ended up being invited to NBS Katch up program. He subsequently met Pia Pounds.
The MC was then gifted an iPhone and given some nice clothing which gave him a new urban look.
From this, he requested Pia Pounds to take him to meet Kenzo.
A meeting was arranged and when the two met, a remix for the Twende Tupaate song was arranged featuring all three of them.
They released the song last week and is already doing well on the chats. It even beat the original song in numbers.
