Uganda Christian University Students Set To Do Online Exams

Due to corona virus challenges, the Government was last month forced to temporarily end the ongoing school activities for period of 32 days. So far days have passed by and exams must be done according to the Uganda Christian University guidelines.

Two weeks ago, many students at Uganda Christian University (UCU) packed all their belongings from hostels and went back home following the President’s directives. Therefore, the Mukono based University announced Online examinations for this semester and will be starting next week.

“All private schools or government owned follow government rules. No one should make students seat for exams in this period of quarantine,” the minister for higher education confirmed the procedures.

However, the University administration has sent out messages to students never to think about missing exams.

“UCU students reading the phony social media posts about postponement of their Take – Home Examinations should not be duped into believing it. I am writing to assure our Students that they will receive the University Examinations in the coming few days, ” the Vice Chancellor Academic Affairs added.
