Mathias Walukagga To Run For Masaka Mayorship 2021

Mathias Walukagga, the legendary Kadongo Kamu artiste has clearly come out and announced his plans to aspire as mayor come 2021.

He says he has spent years singing about politics, therefore if voters give him an opportunity to secure this position, he has an idea on what to do. Walukagga has joined his fellow artistes like Bobi Wine and Ronald Mayinja who are already in politics.

Walukagga whose songs are highly liked by the Kabaka also says himself and the current mayor of Kampala City, Erias Lukwago are good friends.

The Kadongo Kamu artiste however requests his fans to allow him to compete with Godfrey Kayemba Afaayo who’s a mayor currently as well, he promises to rule for only one term, so as to leave the post for other people.

The singer who recently returned to school just to make sure everything concerning his education is OK could either run on the party ticket of DP, FDC or as an independent.

After that he’ll run for another higher post than that which he will have for only one term as well.
