Why Starting Lockdown Relationships Now May End In Tears

Many people may choose to run into relationships right now. However, these may just end in tears. When you look at all the intentions most people may have, they may not be purely to settle down.

Right now most people are bored and are looking for fun in the wrong places. In the previous lockdown, many relationships were stirred, but almost none of them is there currently.

This heat of the moment should not make you make permanent decisions in your life. Most people are actually out for anything convenient for this period. A relationship right now, means you are going to invest a lot of your time, because you have it.

The bad thing with this, is by the time lockdown ends, it may be hard for you to pull out because of the emotions involved. The other party though may not have difficulties moving on.

A relationship that is made to last must have a reasonable foundation. Obviously, boredom is not part of those reasons. Many people are still nursing wounds from relationships from the first wave of covid.

It’s better to invest this free time in yourself. Grow as a person. Add value to yourself. Relationships need a lot of muscle especially the wrong ones because you have to keep proving yourself to someone.

Even if you have liked someone, don’t be in a rush to date them. Take your time and see if they are what you really need right now. What is yours, will be yours and whatever isn’t going to work, will not work even when you force it.
