41 Year Old Man Excited After His 106 Year Old Dad Marries 35 Year Old Woman

Residents of Maafo-Akwaboakrom in Western part of Ghana were left in shock after a 106 year old man married a 35 year old woman.

Pictures and videos of a newly wedded Ghanaian couple have gone viral on social media.

The video and pictures shared on Instagram, shows an old man and his young bride at their traditional wedding. The couple was seen dressed in beautiful African attire, with their hands locked together.

Additionally, their traditional wedding was attended by a group of people who came to witness their union.

Adom TV reported that their marriage ceremony was held at a place called Maafo-Akwaboakrom in the Western part of Ghana.

However, the 41 year old man identified as Gyan Formula, who is said to be the son to the groom, said his dad is 106 years old, a Herbalist and a cocoa farmer whilst the bride is aged 35.

The couple stayed together for 12 yrs

He also revealed that the couple has been together for a period of 12 years and have 4 children with the eldest being eleven years old.

When asked why his dad decided to marry at that age. Gyan explained that his dad was just worried that he might die without marrying a woman.
