Is It True Balaam Reported Sipapa To URA Over Failure To Clear Taxes?

Like the way he reportedly treated Leone Island boss Jose Chameleone, the events organizer Balaam is alleged to also have reported socialite Sipapa to URA officers over failure to pay taxes. He basically wants them to impound 10 of his cars, according to the audio that circulated on social media.

The events organiser and promoter Balaam Barugahara has this time around set up his fellow NRM diehard to the URA officers for disobeying guidelines.

The city business man Charles Oryem known as Sipapa is currently in trouble over failure to pay URA taxes for his imported cars. The Radio 4 boss has been exposed while alerting the URA officials to ambush Sipapa’s residence at Kitintale.

Balaam claimed that Sipapa drives luxurious cars that lack even the national number plates, which violates URA guidelines.

Unconfirmed news indicates that Balaam regarded Sipapa who is currently on ‘wanted’ among the “Untouchables” just like Jose Chameleone, and can’t let them think that they are so special from other Ugandans who pay and get authorized number plates.

After Chameleone’s incident few days ago, Tamale Mirundi said that the government should probably recognize Balaam and reward him for being a good spy.
