It is said that behind every successful man there is a prayerful woman, this is a statement that should never be taken for granted by those who are married. It is difficult to succeed in your hustle if you don’t have blessing from your wife.

There are obvious things that a married man should do to ensure that his wife supports his ideas and hustle.

Make your wife understand your vision and involve her in plans. When doing things avoid to use the word “I” , use the word “WE”, avoid to use the word “MY” use “OUR” . Don’t say my Business my company, my car, my house, my hustle. The moment you refer everything to yourself, you have excluded her, which means she has to hustle also for what is hers.

The best and genuine support should start from home. Your wife is your first cheer leader. Avoid having secrets about your financial position to your wife. She should know how much to expect from you so that she doesn’t expect beyond your earnings.

Avoid discussing financial issues when you are angry. Rather find a calm environment to discuss financial matters. If there is a question about how money is being used, explain to each other to understand, don’t shout to dismiss the question.

One holiday we went to Victoria Falls, my family and a family friend and his family too. On the New Year’s eve, we decided to attend the music festival with our wives. We left the kids at the hotel. Upon the entry, we found out that a ticket for each person was $500.00 which means the 4 of us required to pay $2000.00. Our wives totally disagreed and we looked for other places which was less. We were only required to buy a certain amount of drinks to enter inside. We enjoyed the night and went back to sleep. This is a sign of wisdom. Your real wife will help you from over spending.

For argument’s sake, if we had gone there with side chicks, they would have accepted to attend an expensive event, even invite their friends to accompany us to spend more. This is how a successful man can easily lose wealth, through very useless things that doesn’t hold any value.

So if you want to see yourself a successful man in business, treat your wife and children with respect, you will live a peaceful life.

Don’t defend your female employees if your wife doesn’t like them. Avoid dealing with your female employees directly at personal level. Keep it professional. No buying of gifts, such as birthday gifts to female employees or colleagues.

Avoid female friends, there is no such things like female best friend. No matter how honesty you maybe with your so called female friends , in the eyes of your wife you are cheating.

It is very easy for your wife to destroy your empire.

Yes naturally there are women who are just bad, No matter how much you try to be transparent with money, they always have hidden motives. If you found yourself in a situation like this, my brother pray harder.

Man we make our ladies to always doubt us. A poor man can stay with one wife, but once he gets money, he can afford to cheat. There are a lot of woman who are praying for their husband to remain poor in order to save their marriage. With a fear that if my husband becomes rich, he will leave me for other ladies. So a lot of men are poor out there because of payers that are made on their behalf by their wives.

It requires collective efforts from two people in marriage to build a good empire.
