This is how you can do deep breath
Before going to bed, this is what you have to do, please lie down quietly and try to forget everything that is on your mind and just pay attention to your breath, inhale the air, the slower the better, untill you can not inhale more air, then stop immediately and hold the breath, till you’re unable to hold, and then exhale the air, the slower the better, till you’re unable to exhale more air, this is just one time deep breath and very easy to do. If you do the next deep breath like the way I have explained above, you will always sleep well without problems.
