Tanzanian artiste Diamond Platnumz’s manager Sallam Shariff has updated his fans, friends and family members about his health, after seven days of announcing that he was infected with Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Sharif confirmed his fans that he was feeling well after taking medication and he says will take another test which will prove whether he’s totally free from the deadly virus. The manager also appreciated the doctors who took a good care of his life.
“Naendelea vizuri zimebakia siku chache kuweza kuchukua vipimo tena kuona kama nipo negative au positive. Nashukuru kwa dua zenu wote asanteni sana. Na pia niwashukru madaktari wote waliopo bega kwa bega na sisi tuliopo kwenye kituo, ” he said.
On 19th March 2020, the Wasafi Classic Records (WCB) VIP made an announcement that he was positive for Coronavirus. He advised internet users to take a good care of their lives and comply with the directives and regulations put in place by government.
During the time of testing, Shariff, his boss Diamond Platnumz and other WCB crew members had fled to Europe for the ‘Tetema’ Hit maker’s musical tour which was later cancelled.
Due to the fact that Shariff had tested positive for COVID-19, even all other WCB crew members were put in Quarantine to make sure they are safe.
