Mubarak Munyagwa: Jennifer Musisi Sent Woman To My Office To Seduce Me

Jennifer Musisi Sent Woman To My Office To Seduce Me – Mubarak Munyagwa

Former Kawempe South MP Hon Mubarak Munyagwa aka Mugati Gwabata has come out to allege that former KCCA executive director Jennifer Musisi once tried to accuse him of rape.

The FDC top gun while appearing on NBS TV said that Musisi sent a woman to his office. This woman’s intention was to strip naked after she got to Munyagwa’s office. She was then to accuse him of trying to rape her.

Luckily for Mubarak Munyagwa he got to know of this plot early enough. He therefore left the door of his office open.

When this woman who was being used to mastermind the plot arrived, she found the ex legislator’s office door open. She had nothing to say and just left embarrassed.

However if he hadn’t been smart enough and these allegations surfaced publicly, most would have believed them.

“Jenifer Musisi once sent a lady to my office to strip naked and accuse me of trying to force myself on her. However, I was informed in advance and made sure to keep the door open when she arrived. The lady had nothing to say. If these false allegations had come to light, many people would have believed them,” said the MP.

It should be recalled that there was a fierce battle between the regime and opposition over Kampala. This was between the Executive director Jennifer Musisi and the Opposition led by the lord mayor Erias Lukwago.

The city really looked a battleground and whichever decision each side took, it had to he effected forcefully.

Despite Musisi’s work termed brilliant by some, she was later dropped bitterly by President Museveni. She later flew to the US where she currently lives and is engaged in private work.

Musisi was hated by the wanainchi operating in the city because of her heavy handedness. Mubarak Munyagwa meanwhile also lost the Parliamentary election to NUP’s prodigal MP, Kazibwe Bashir.
