Man Charged For Kissing 7 Year Old Girl’s Genitals

A Kenyan man identified as Musoni Alphonse, 27, is facing charges after committing an obscene act of allegedly kissing a 7 year old girl’s genitals at his house in Kayole, Nairobi Kenya.

Musoni is accused of illegally and deliberately committing obscene act on 9^th November 2019.

The suspect reportedly called the young girl on her way from the shop to see his baby who was asleep in the house.

Moments later, he asked the minor to have a nap on his bed, where he allegedly kissed her private parts after undressing her.

The young girl never told her parents immediately after the incident, she instead revealed the secret to her friends, who later informed her parents.

The accused reportedly asked her not to reveal the secret to anybody else.

The minor’s parents reported the issue to the police, who apprehended the suspect.

On Friday, he denied charges before Chief Magistrate Nyaga Heston of Makadara law courts, pretending he had no idea why he was arrested.
