MTN Named The Most Prestigious Brand In Africa

MTN the South African based telecom company was named as the most admired telecom brand in the whole of Africa.

This came after research that was carried out by the Brand Africa 100 in association with the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

MTN was crowned in the 6^th Annual Brand Africa 100 report as the number one brand in Africa. This is not the first time MTN being named as the admired brand in Africa.

Even last year, MTN was named the best in Africa!

The ranking of the Brand Africa 100 is according on the survey among the customers aged 18 years and above. The survey is conducted in over 23 countries Africa that represent African economic regions.

In this year’s survey, African brands soared to grab for 17% of the top 100 brands in Africa. The remaining bigger percentage was again retained by the non-African brands.
